Large room itself with a magnificent Venetian style, a balcony and a less restricted view. The service was excellent here. Brilliant location on the Grand Canal, very tasty breakfast. Besides, very convenient to a museum gallery... 

The room was reasonably spacious and updated with a gorgeous view of the canal. The location couldn't be more stunning and super in Academia area about a 15 minute walk from San Marco. We appreciated it and would stay here again and 

Fantastic location outside next to the canal, and spacious bedrooms. A work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV available in the junior suite.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a balcony for 2, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's setting was central and the staff were very welcoming people in spite of their valiant efforts.

I booked a room with a super bed, TV, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee and tea making equipment. The breakfast was plentiful with stunning view on Canal Grande.

Spacious and updated room, particularly well equipped bathroom with a jacuzzi. Very good personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location of the property was stunning and particularly good as we were so close to St Marks square. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with quality products, exceptional food.

The room in tasteful venetian style. Particularly good central location very close to a church converted to an interesting “ museum ” housing models of Da Vinci's brilliant inventions, a vaporetto stop at the front entrance, and water transportation and academia bridge. We stayed 

Gorgeous venue with stunning location near to the center, the touristic place in a 10 minutes, Palazzo Grassi and restaurants, sites and must see places and delicious breakfast.

Decent sized, tastefully decorated units provided with a nice view, comfortable bed, as for instance.

I had an amazing stay at a charming building with amazing views. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal, and the interior charm of Venetian architecture was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and professional, and the complimentary breakfast offered 

The room was decent size, with smoke detectors and exceptional views. A safe, a mini bar and central heating were a nice touch.
